MESS BALL PHOTOGRAPHIC PROCEDURE (click here for more.pdf)

The photographer will usually take 2 shots of each pose, but for larger groups he will decide how many shots need to be taken in order to provide a quality photograph. Within a matter of a few seconds your members can view the images on the 42” plasma or computer screen, depending on space available, and select their favourite image they would like to order. (Option 1 only). The Kamara studio staff will take the personal details of the members ordering photographs, which will include title/rank, name, bar account no (if applicable), Your members will be charged to their bar account, for their order. Guests who do not have a bar account can either have their order charged to their host’s bar account or provide payment in cash. All photographic prints are presented as the normal 8”x 6” (£7.50 ea) in a strut mount with the function details printed in gold leaf. Your committee member/organiser must specify the photograph size beforehand on the booking form. The prints will be delivered to the mess within a 7 working days of the function.

MESS BALL PHOTOGRAPHIC OPTIONS

OPTION 1.

For up to 500 PEOPLE ATTENDING, We will take the image, and within a matter of a few seconds your guests can view the images of each pose on the 42” plasma or computer screen, depending on space provided, and select which shot they would like printed. The Kamara studio staff will take the personal details of the guests ordering photographs, which will include title, name, payment details, and their photograph order. Your members and guests will be charged for their order, and because they viewed and selected them on the night, the photographs will be non-returnable.  All photographic prints will be delivered in individually packed envelopes to the Mess as the normal 8”x 6” in a strut mount, with the function details printed in gold.

OPTION 2.
For over 500 PEOPLE ATTENDING, where time and space is extremely limited for us and your guests to view their images. We recommend that we will take a minimum of two images per set and in the studio we will select what are, in our opinion, the best images. On the night the Kamara studio staff will take the personal details of the members and guests, which will include title, name, and payment details, against each shot that they had taken. Your guests will only be charged for each photograph printed of an acceptable quality. For group poses, more shots may be taken because the risk of a bad pose is increased, owing to the number of people in the shot. As the photographs were not available for viewing on the night, the photographs will be on a sale and return basis. All photographic prints will be delivered to the Mess as the normal 8”x 6” in a strut mount, with the function details printed in gold.
