COMMISSIONING No provisional bookings are held for wedding photography by the Kamara Digital Photographic studio. The appropriate BOOKING FEE is paid on commissioning the studio for your wedding photography. A Wedding Photography contract is raised with our Terms & Conditions printed on the reverse, along with a booking fee invoice. The contract and the invoice are sent to you. The contract must be signed and returned to us within 7 days.
REHEARSAL
At this time there will be a second contract for you to update, sign and return to us. It is advised that the rehearsal starts at the address where the bride will be preparing for the ceremony. The rehearsal will determine locations and timings for your specific photographic requirements.
WEDDING DAY We will complete the wedding photography in accordance with your instructions as discussed at the rehearsal
POST WEDDING DAY Approximately 14 days after the wedding day, your images can be viewed on the internet. Online Orders: Click Here to view your images and buy securely online. On return from your honeymoon please contact the studio to arrange an appointment to view your wedding images. It is advised that both clients attend this viewing, where the photographic selection process will be explained. You will also be advised on the selection of albums available. The wedding book will contain the formal and informal contact sheets for viewing by friends and family along with the DVD. You will be asked to sign a contract for the return of these books. The outstanding contract balance is due at this time. The prompt return of the books within the 30-day loan period will help expedite the design of your wedding album.
ALBUM DESIGN & VIEW We will design the album from your selected choice of photographs, style, album and size. We will contact you when the design is ready to view, and arrange an appointment. At this appointment it is advised that both clients attend to view and discuss the design. Upon agreement of the design a quotation will be presented to you for approval.
WEDDING ALBUM COLLECTION We will inform you when the finished album is ready for collection. On your complete satisfaction of the wedding album you will be asked to pay the outstanding invoice. If the price of your album exceeds the contract price, you may pay the final invoice amount in full, or over a period of 6 & 12 months (restrictions apply), either by monthly post dated cheques, or by authorising us to charge your credit card account on a predetermined date each month. If you decide to pay by monthly payments, then the cheques or credit card details must be presented at this time. You will be asked to sign a loan contract for the prompt return of the wedding and admin books and DVD. The loan period will be 2 months. The 2 months should afford you enough time to circulate the books around your family and friends. You must inform us if there is likely to be a delay in returning the books, as this may affect your complementary offer.
REPRINT/FAMILY ALBUM ORDERS
There is also an order form for family albums in the admin book. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the reprint or family album order.
