So it's been a little while since we filmed at Strictly highways 2024. Here you can see some behind the scenes photographs of the video setup for the stage presentations.

You can see we are quite lucky to have a balcony directly in front of the stage to keep our equipment out of the way from the delegates and guests, but you can also see we are quite far away. Our general setup is a closeup of the podium and/or main speaker and a wide shot showing the stage and screen. You will see a third camera, this is mainly used in between sessions for filming networking, exhibition stands and interviews. This means we don't have to brake down any of the set and we can move between the two scenarios with very little time lag. The third camera is also useful for audience questions and panel sessions. We also use Go Pros and wireless audio transmitters/recorders to capture the audio from the stage mics.
