Prom & Ball Photography
Since 1988 Kamara Photographic Studio has built up relationships with numerous Schools, Colleges and Universities, resulting in being commissioned for their prom or prospectus photography. The Studio has also built up a reletionship with the Royal Air Force, incorporating RAF College Cranwell IOT graduations since 1990, and numerous Officers and Sergeants Mess functions. Both relationships have developed through the quality of our service, and the trusted reliability for production of the highest quality photographic prints, reflecting an occasion that will only happen once in a persons’ lifetime.
As one of the leading photographic studios in Lincolnshire, we continue to invest heavily into the digital era, allowing us to provide an unrivalled service. The Kamara team has developed a number of options to suit your needs and they are designed to cater for a wide ranging number of people attending your ball, function or event.
In addition to the regular services we provide at functions, 2009 saw the introduction of our 'Green Screen' process. Just like the movies, you can select a background of your choice that will compliment the theme of your event. Kamara continue to develop this service in order to achieve the highest quality in the final print and provide a novel alternative which has proved to be extremely popular with function guests.
We offer a wide range of photograph sizes for your guests to choose from, so you are not restricted to just one size.
As an option, the Kamara team will continue to offer our standard studio environment which includes a standard backdrop for the photographs. With this option we would require one or two pedestal flower arrangements to 'dress' our set. If there is a particular theme to the function, a background can also be hired, or alternatively, your committee may produce a suitable set in keeping with the theme. The Green Screen Process eliminates all these issues and costs.
Back in the studio, post production time affords us the opportunity to manipulate the images, for example, if someone has their eyes closed in one image, we have the digital capability to transpose a set of eyes from a better image and so on. This is impossible to achieve on the night owing to the limited time available to produce the prints. One other advantage is that the clients do not need to spend all night queuing, viewing and deciding on their choice of photographs, because they will be available online to view, password protected if requested, therefore affording them more time to party and enjoy themselves.
